Came here after a family member recommended this place and I am so glad she did! My daughter was shopping for prom dresses and she has struggled with her weight most of her life. We were having an awful time trying to find a dress that she liked and felt confident in. I first called to make sure they had plus size gowns there as I did not want to put my daughter through another disappointing shopping exp. She told me they did have plus size gowns and if we found one we like they could order it if they didn’t have the size available in store! SOLD! We made the 30 min drive and the lady I spoke with on the phone helped us through the entire process. She was welcoming, kind and helpful. We didn’t find anything in store (there are so many STUNNING gowns in there just not what we needed) but she sat with us and looked through catalogs until my daughter found one that would work for her! She called to verify that they had the dress available before ordering and the best part was that the dress was only _$99…as opposed to the 500 I almost spent at another dress shop in Elmira. Overall the experience was incredible and I recommend anyone to visit, they also have a plethora of cute nick nacks, jewelry, etc. Thank you Blue Bag Boutique!

Went to the Boutique on a recommendation from a friend to look for a dress for my daughters school dance. I was beyond impressed with the customer service, the one on one assistance and the selection. Prices were fantastic too! So very happy with our purchase! Thank you so much! Will definitely return!
