It was our honeymoon getaway spot. The hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff was kind, courteous and helpful! The property was clean and maintained beautifully. We enjoyed our stay, would love to return.
Rooms: Very spacious room and excellent bathroom. We loved the bathroom shower, jacuzzi tub and his and her sinks!!!

Walkability: Sideways open and clear

Visited for the first time with my wife for her birthday. The room was one of the best we ever stayed in, the pool was awesome, and the service was top-notch.

We have stayed here several times and it is always a 5 star experience! Awesome location close to walking distance for Watkins Glen State park, restaurants, shops. The rooms are clean, spacious, it is located right on Seneca Lake gorgeous surroundings. Staff is always helpful, and polite. Every morning on every floor they set up a coffee bar with everything you need along with tea and hot chocolate for non coffee drinkers. We have also stayed at their Chautauqua location twice same experience there. Hoping to stay at their Alexandria Bay location in the future.

We unfortunately did not book the correct dates for our upcoming trip to Watkins Glen. Accidentally booked for the weekend before and completely missed the reservation dates. Jamie at the front desk assisted with our situation and completely save the day. Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel and their staff are the definition of hospitable.

We did not stay here but the location is amazing. I can only imagine the views from rooms. The hotel is located in the bottom of Lake Seneca.

Wine selection by the glass is atrocious! Even the wait staff thinks so and blames the corporate office.

Our first time experience in Watkins Glen at the Harbor Hotel was a pleasant experience. Our stay was only 4 days, but we definitely intend on returning for a longer stay in the future.

This hotel is wonderful! The view from the room is amazing! The staff were so nice and helpful. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. Definitely will only stay here when I come back.
Rooms: The room was clean and spacious.
Nearby activities: Very close to the harbor and restaurants. All in walking distance. The park is also very close by.
