Everything we tried was so amazing! The owner was so attentive to us during our visit and shared so much about olive oil and balsamic glazes. There were 4 of us and we each left with something!! You can tell the owner is so passionate about her business and her attention to detail is immaculate. She fixed labels on our bottles before she packaged them up. She wrapped the oil in green paper and the balsamic glazes in maroon paper. We hope to return!!!

This stuff is amazing. After getting some as a gift while we were in town, I had to place an online order for more. Drizzled over fresh bread or used in bruschetta, it's so good!!! We tried Tuscan herb olive oil and traditional balsamic, so I can only speak to those specific ones, but it's worth every penny.

Great Find!! Name caught my eye as my husbands family is from Crystal City Texas. Had to get some to bring back. Wry friendly staff. The flavors are literally endless. They also have gift baskets as well as custom gift baskets.

This place is an olive shop with no tastings out. When we asked the lady if we could get something to sample the items she bluntly said “I can get you a cup?” As if we were inconveniencing her.We ended up leaving the shop. But the shop itself was clean, had a good environment and a lot of selection.

We went here to check out the selection. Kitty was so amazing, explained the different selections to us, and let us try so many. We loved it, and will definitely be back!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. We’ve been to this shop 3 years in a row, and I order online. Staff always has great suggestions and pairing ideas. Oils and vinegars are top of the line!

The rating is simply due to the rudeness of the sales associate. When my family walked in, she was checking someone out and they were talking to her. We started to look around and she interrupted the other customer to ask us if we had ever been there before. When we said no, she said well we have some rules I need to go over with you. She explained there COVID protocol which was pretty much don’t touch anything. As we tried to look, she hovered over us the entire time. My mom asked if she could try something and she said “well you’re going to have to go outside if you’re want to try something” which wasn’t a problem but she could have said it in a more polite tone. After that, my dad and I were looking at the specialty oils and she ran right over and inserted herself into our conversation. We ended up buying three oils but my mom refused to buy anything simply because of the way we were all treated. The fills on these bottles weren’t the same either. The one bottle definitely has a lot less compared to the other. Apparently the locals in this town don’t appreciate purchases from people who aren’t locals. If I ever return to Watkins Glen, I will not be returning to this store.

Very helpful sales people, the oils are delicious. I purchased butter olive oil that will be amazing on popcorn and veggies. I also bought Tuscan herb olive oil that will be perfect for dipping bread and pasta. Really worth stopping and tasting. We will be back.
