We found ourselves in a bind far from home and help when our car battery died. No one stopped to help us and Walmart Auto Center wouldn't cross the parking lot to where we were stranded to lend a hand. We were in a bind and the team at Carquest Auto Parts in Watkins Glen were an answerbto our prayers! Marni was so nice when I called, and her colleague Ray immediately came to assess our battery and then replaced it right where we were stranded. I'm so grateful for these excellent and caring people who saved the day!!!

I always come here for all my part needs cuz they always give me the right part I am looking unlike other places I been to where you have to go back the the place 3 time before you get the right part not this place they give you the right part the first time to show up there for your part

My SUV’s battery was dead as a doornail in the parking lot of a nearby hotel. I call the store in a rush a few minutes before they close. John not only sells me an affordable battery, he then comes over after he gets off work 20 minutes later and INSTALLS it for free! Amazing service. Saved my butt while me and the fam were on vacation. AND he gives me some advice for a brewery to visit on our way home. JOB WELL DONE. Thanks John!!! Here’s some pics of John in action! Broke down at the state park. With my wife, kid, dog & camper. 2 plus hours from home. They came to the park with the part and did the install and had me back on the road. Very professional service. I cannot say enough kind words. Above and beyond.

The Watkins glen carquest found my.part directly from ford. I went to 2 other local parts store's , and the literally told me they couldn't help me. This location is by far the best I've been to. Highly recommend.

The best prices around i wont go anywhere else tye best staffed parts store you will ever find these guys actually know what they are talking about with your parts so you don't have to worry about someone looking at you like you have 3 heads when you tell them the part you need lol I would definitely recommend you give these guys a try you won't be disappointed keep up the great work guys

Employees went over + above to help me out when I broke down near the store. I was 2 1/2 hours from home and they made the situation so much easier to deal with! Highly recommended!
