Mary at this location is extremely kind and helpful. I ship packages often and she is very patient and went the extra mile to ensure I understood all of the shipping options. The team who picks up package request is also incredible. Such a great service and it’s much appreciated!

I'm from Troy, and this Post Office is easier to park at than the one in downtown Troy. Staff has always been awesome, if rushed, but that's the mail service for you! Always helpful and ready to explain different options!
