I had to up my blood pressure medication and decided to switch to Walgreens; since it was in the neighborhood. Although they were extremely busy last night. they were very thorough in meeting the needs of all the customers present. Their staff is very professional, efficient and caring. Great job everyone! You have a customer for life!

First... I've had vaccinations twice at this location and pharmacists were pleasant and on schedule. As for the rest of the pharmacy staff... If you feel the need to roll your eyes , spew profanity under your breath, be dismissive, rude or uncaring than I would say maybe it's time for a new job. I highly recommend Amazon pharmacy. Delivered to your door in two days, they contact your physician for renewals etc. before it's due and take care of everything. They take my insurance (CDPHP) and if I do need to call they are pleasant and responsive. As consumers we do not need to be treated as an inconvenience. We are why people have a job!

pharmacist flat out lied about their policies, blamed insurance for it taking so long for me to get medication for diabetes and then it turned out they had none in stock. when asked how long it has been out for I was told "a while" and I should spend my time calling other locations to see if they have any. Filed claims with state board of health and reported them to the insurance company who filed a grievance. if you can avoid them at all costs, do it.

They just love yelling your whole prescription. I always call ahead even a day before to make sure my prescription is ready to be picked up even if you double check the day of you'll still have to wait 10 to 15 minutes because it's not ready please make it make sense. The attitude is the worst I'm going back to CVS

Experience in covid symptoms so I scheduled an appointment for the following day just as I was arriving 5 minutes before my test they called and canceled. Please tell me why they would do this? I think it's horrible.

I had a really awesome experience at the Walgreens on 2nd Ave in Watervliet NY this morning. The cashier (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) on register one (closest to the door) was very patient with and kind to me, not only at the register, but I’m physically handicapped, and was shopping alone. I had a lot of heavy bags, and when I realized I couldn’t take the cart out of the store, she came over and said she would help me carry the bags to my vehicle! THEN, a young male employee (can’t remember HIS name either, but it began with a H) came to our aid, and proceeded to get my bags to my vehicle! There ARE still good hearted people out there, and I found 2 today!!!! Thank you

They never have anything ready. I am done with this place.. The last time I went, they said they had to label it and to come back in 20 minutes. I am done thank God it was not a necessary medication. I feel bad for people who rely on this place. I'm switching to CVS

I've tried over the years to deal with how horrible this pharmacy is because of how close it is to get to. However I'm done. The new drive thru guy has no idea what he's doing. Yelling my prescriptions for the whole store to hear and they are always screwing up my prescriptions to begin with. I honestly don't understand how they are still open.

Don’t even bother trying to get a prescription filled, you’ll never make it through the phone bank. I was left on crazy wait times after no less than seven separate calls, and on the one occasion where I actually did make it through, I was hung up on and sent back to the start of the queue.

I went to pick up a prescription and figured I’d look at some Halloween stuff. I found some Halloween press on nails and since my birthday is tomorrow I figured I’d grab them. Well the cashier needed a manager to help her and it turns out the nails weren’t in the system/didn’t have a price. The manager proceeded to tell me I couldn’t buy them because of that. What? Why do you have a whole Halloween beauty section right by the register if you can’t even sell them to your customers. She told me to come back next week. Are you serious?
