Larry is the only person I would deal with at this store; knowledgeable and honest. Avoid the downtown Troy store, and just go here. He is truly a fantastic representative. But dude, answer your store phones!!!!!

They open up at 10:00 when you call MetroPCS in watervliet it rings once no one ever answers or when you keep calling your phone call gets disconnected
