Even though they were bought out, they still have a personal vibe and the staff knows my family. I love going there and I won't change pharmacies unless I have to.

My experience with Hometown Health has not been positive. In error I was billed over $200 for a CPAP supply replenishment instead of billing my insurance company. After calling 3 times, and waiting over 30 days, I still have yet to receive a refund. Now they are telling me that they will mail a check and it will take 2 to 3 weeks to process it. Not good customer service or organizational skills.

In my experience, hometown healthcare really stands out from all the other dme company . they have the best customer service every time i call. there always improving their supplies which gives the best sleep. i would definitely send anyone i know to them . because they treat you like family.

Fairly poor medical supply company. They never answer the phone, take days to answer messages, have a limited array of choices for products for their clients, etc. Constantly was hounded by computer messages but I could never get an actual medical professional on the phone. Didn't try to help with problem I was having with equipment. Also, they made sure to delay my medical equipment rental pickup long enough to charge for another month. Very poor all around.
