“Incredible customer service. Someone is always there to greet you at the door and offer their assistance. Most recent purchase was a push mower - I expected to walk out with the mower in a box... Was pleasantly surprised when I found out they were in the back assembling, adding oil, and testing it before they loaded it in my truck. Even more surprised when I got home and noticed they put a full tank of gas in it!!”

Not only did they have the canner in stock they also held it for me so I could get it on my lunch break. Then to my surprise they price matched Walmarts price on the canner as well! I use them when I have smaller projects and for my ow residence.Incredible staff and paint selection, best paint store I have been to. They also carry hard to find pro quality tools and supplies.Not cheap but their inventory is a good value for serious painters. I’m sure if you have any issue they will make it right…they have helped me out multiple times and I’m an engineer- so I know I can be challenging!”

“I was not previously familiar with the Hatchet Hardware stores, and it was not obvious to me that this was (a new) one until I did a search online. There was no obvious sign for that - but plenty of ACE banners - except a letter-sized paper on the front door. The store is quite clean and very well laid out. I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance very shortly after entering the store. The selection of products in the store, ACE and otherwise, satisfies most of my home and garden needs. They're not the only ACE hardware store in my vicinity, and not the closest to me either, but it's great to have this store as another option, especially when I'm shopping in Colonie.”

“The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and answered our questions. I am looking to purchase a rooster maybe 2 months old. I have 10 hens.Here’s a question May 8 of this year I purchased 8 chickens. I let my granddaughter and her friend pick them out while I paid and purchased feed. Anyway I have 3 chickens who are about the size of a mourning Dove. They are 3 months old but so little cay you tell me what kind they are. I have learned my lesson never again will I leave 2 16 year old girls to pick any more chicks alone. They also picked 2 meat chickens to save their lives”

“I called Marcone for an over door glass pack on a Friday afternoon around 4:00 p.m. I spoke to an extremely helpful and friendly person who took my order and said the part would probably ship on Monday since it was so late in the day, arriving on Tuesday (which was fine with me). Imagine my delight when I received email notification that the part shipped that same Friday afternoon after all and then the part was delivered on Saturday!
