Nice owner, offered to pull up phone reviews of what he had in the store for you to look at on his phone, very friendly. We were standing there for a little bit along with some other people (3 being elderly folks) and he came out with chairs for everyone while he was dealing with a customers phone.

DO NOT... I repeat... DO NOT use this particular location in Watervliet to buy a phone or even service for that matter. I visited this store today to buy a new phone and gave him my Boost number and pin to verify my account. I found the prices too high. That wasn't the problem. Once I got home 10 minutes later, I couldn't call in or out of my phone. I kep getting an error message. I called Boost corporate office and they determined someone had changed my SIM number and service electronically IMMEDIATELY AFTER I left the store. If he can be that unethical, he can do anything. I filed a complaint with Boost corporate offices. Buyer beware!!!!! Shop elsewhere!
