We've used Rocafleet a few times now. It's easy to make an appointments online. Customer service is very courteous and friendly. Prices are fair. Work is completed in a timely manner, often in less time than anticipated. They repair our fleet vehicle and work around our schedule conveniently.

Dropped off the SUV for a check engine light and ended up needing some extensive rewiring done. They were a bit backed up but able to get it done in a few days. ? Rates are decent and I always have a pleasant experience getting work done here. Definitely recommend if you have car troubles in Watertown.

My ford escape had issues that two local ford dealerships (you know both of them) who thought they could take advantage of me by padding a service quote to entice talk me into unnecessary repairs or buying a new car from them. It didn’t work; RocaFleet fixed all my issues for slightly over HALF the cost both dealerships had quoted. Very happy with the service we got and would recommend them highly.

Josh and team,
There are no words to express the extreme stress and burden y’all took off of my back in the face of my deployment.
At the LITERAL last second, I realized my vehicle needed an inspection. I asked 4 or 5 other shops, all saying they were booked for WEEKS. I deploy in less than 24 hours.
At the last frustrating moment I did a random scroll and found y’all.
You got me in and inspected and good to go within a couple hours of my call. And even took a bit less time than anticipated.
I recommend those on Fort Drum come to y’all. If I were staying, you would 100% have a forever customer.

Good year at Fort Drum screwed up by not correctly aligning my rear tires because they couldn't find the correct bolt to do the alignment on. Roca fleet aligned my tires correctly. My tires have been aligned here, and plenty of treads are left after a year of driving. Highly recommend.

Fantastic first experience. Called at 9:30am w “Service power steering” message and an engine light on, but car was still starting/running. Josh said “Bring it in now!!”
Got there, they did diagnostic-IT’S THE BATTERY!! They replaced it. I paid and left. 40 mins, from call to fix. When is the last time you called somewhere for urgent (to you!!) car service and they got you right in?? Thank you so much-I will be back and I will recommend to my friends.
