Incompetent pharmacy. Promise prescriptions that they never order until you show up to pick them up. You can't trust anything they say.

I came into to do my vaccine and I been in there before to do it and they told me it's not ready and came in today with the same answer and they said that there employee was not qualified yet never go here again waste of gas and time.

I came in Thursday to pick up a new prescription. I was told it wasn't ready yet. I couldn't wait so I came back Friday afternoon. I was told they didn't have a prescription for me. Unfortunately my Dr's. Office was closed. I couldn't contact them until Monday. Monday morning I was told they'd send in the prescription again. Monday noon I was told the medication was not in stock and would be in late Tuesday afternoon. No apologies. I have a vacation planned with a flight out Tuesday morning and will be gone for a week. That would put me at almost two weeks from the time the medicine was prescribed to the time I could pick it up. My prescription plan requires that I use Walgreens. It's worth it to pay out of pocket and go to our local Kinney drugs. My husband has had issues with the "we don't really care attitude at this store". They're very inefficient and just don't seem to care.

Their redbox booth is convenient since Watertown doesn't seem to have many and it's a quick stop on our way home.
