I had placed an order online and needed to add something. I called and spoke with Lisa. She was very helpful. She had a cheerful attitude. She took very good care of me and my needs. I could hear her smile through the phone. I have had to call customer service in the past, the reps have always very kind and helpful.Tip for consumers:Shipping can sometimes be free. Always look for “Today’s Offers” tab and there is usually at least one good one that you can use for your purchase but you can apply upto 2 offers per order.Products used:I love all their products. Bras, panties, pj’s, lingerie, perfumes, bikini’s and make up bags. This is the only place I shop for these types of items. Everything very good quality. You can usually catch a good sale and that makes it more affordable for people on a tight budget.

We went to Victoria secret last week. While shopping passing by the candles accidentally candle fell to the ground and broke. Then the staff (older lady, I think she is the Manager) came and determined by facial expression that she was disgruntled. I apologized to her but she didn't answer. I guessed she doesn't hear me and apologized again then understanded that she don't want to answer. Awful experience,Left our items behind.

The employee "Ciara" completely saved the day when we were initially told we could not do an in-store return of an online US-purchased item that was shipped to a Canadian address. Sierra went above and beyond to work with online customer service to quickly gain approval to process the return in-store. Thank you, Ciara!

The initial shopping experience was great. it wasn't until myself and my friend got to the register where things went wrong. My friend initially checked out with a cashier named Jess, she was wearing a blank coat top, with red lingerie like clothing underneath. My friend asked if a pair of leggings were on sale, and she immediately said "you know these are small right?" and smirked. My friend said yes, and it wasn't for her, it was a gift. She was super snarky. I checked out with an older woman, who was completely wonderful. I asked her if there were any more totes left, and Jess immediately snapped and said "if there aren't any up here, then there aren't any." The woman who was helping me went on her own accord to look. She asked if it was these other totes, and again, Jess snapped and raised her voice at this nice woman and said "I said, we are out there aren't any." This poor woman was going out of her way to look for me, and this cashier was insanely nasty. She was raising her voice, and giving me dirty looks when she wasn't even the one cashing me out. Then, the woman cashing me out went to an office to double check with what I assumed was a manager, and AGAIN Jess snapped at her. I was completely mortified, and embarrassed. Not just for myself, but also for this older woman who was going out of her way when it was very busy to provide good customer service. You could tell she was embarrassed as well.it doesn't end there. My friend realized that the size leggings would be too small for her friend. She went up to the register to ask if she could exchange them. The cashier Jess was at the register again, and immediately said "see i told you they were too small," again with a nasty attitude. She continued to go back and forth with my friend, when she wasn't even the one helping her, the older woman was. I have never been so disgusted with how people were treated as they were by her. Jess was not even the one helping my friend or me, but she felt the need to be rude, loud, and embarrassing to both of us, and her co-worker.And to find out that this girl is a manager of some kind? GROSS. Apparently she's like this often with customers and co-workers. I'd rather spend my money on Wal-Mart unmentionables that won't last as long, then to walk into a location that has her employed. Call me a karen, that's fine. But this girl needs a reality check and a new job.

Hell yes love this store I pick my wife new underwear at least twice a month the ladies that work there know me and it's fu NY to watch people with me shop for her especially the older women and younger males I get a lot of the men in trouble cause they do t know how to shop for there wives underwear.

I like this store, for the most part. I do not like being followed around when shopping especially in a small store like this.I understand it's part of the job to ask if you need help finding things,but to not be able to enjoy shopping without assistance is kind of annoying. So I'd rather shop on line from now on unless I need or want it right away. Just not a good shopping vibe for me at this store.
