Went to this store to have a replacement phone activated and to see if they could save any data from the phone with the broken screen. We walked through the door and people were milling around with no since of order or greeting or indication of where I should go or what I should do. Even a greasy spoon diner will have a sign that says please wait to be seated or seat yourself. After 10 minutes or so a guy with a tablet checked me in and told me I was number 2 in the que. All I could think of was a free stall barn with livestock milling around aimlessly. Not with out entertainment though as a customer service rep was selling an elderly couple into the latest phones because as he said "In 2 years anything else would be obsolete". He went on and on with the hard sell for at least 30 minutes while other customers waited to be helped. After 45 minutes and while the store was really filling up a different person came around to see if everyone was "checked in". Maybe if he had been standing by the door he would have known. I told him I had been waiting quite a while and he told me I was now number 5. I asked why and he rudely said they were now waiting on customers with appointments and in a condescending tone was told I would have to wait. I guess if you are not there to buy a new phone you will be treated as "number two" anyway. I decided to not wait and once in the car which would connect with the phone contacted my wife who told me of a nearby location who actually answered the phone. I went to the alternate location and was warmly greeted the moment I entered the store and was attended to right away. I give this store and the company representatives a minus 5 stars.

Bought an iPhone 14 Pro, full price no trade in, for a phone line I have had for over 12 years and was told I was eligible for a free Apple Watch. Staff forgets to mention "free" doesn't mean "free" and the promo was actually "BMSM select Apple Watches as low as 0 dollars, offer requires a new line of service as well as device payment" - this was never disclosed and the "free Apple Watch" actually came with a $10 monthly service fee. This was unbeknownst to me until receiving my bill and seeing the charges as well as an unknown number associated with my account. After many hours, and little help from management, I've returned the watch because the staff is not transparent during sales. Joe, the manager, states it must have been is misunderstanding and another manager vouched that all his staff discloses the fees. The promo was not offered to me as stated and I was unaware I was opening a new "line of service" which I feel should be disclosed at point of sale. - this situation is either due to a lack of training or unethical business practices to gain sales. The condescending attitude of management when I first expressed frustrations with this situation has led me to not want to purchase from this store in the future.

I have really bad service all the time I get 2 bars on a good day the employees are trash and tried to scam me overall it's very bad would not recommend

I was the 2nd customer of the day... they open at 10a. After waiting over an hour, I noticed the 1ST customer was still there. Way under staffed & slower than tar drying in January. Total waste of time, do not recommend for any reason. Time is money and they just wasted mine. 1.5 hour wait, as the 2nd customer to walk through door. Total BS

This review is for who we dealt with specifically and not the entire store!! Our representative was extremely rude, and unhelpful. Told us he was not sick but just having an allergy attack but proceeded to wipe his snot on his shirt sleeves in front of us. Told us that the manager would tell us the same things he just told us and that was that. Waited over 40 minutes to be told he's not able to do anything for us.

We had the best customer service thanks to Dan. He went above and beyond to make sure our devices were up and running before leaving. He stayed open, was understanding, and very insightful. Would recommend this store to anyone.

If you are a service member and looking to Verizon for phone service, look some place else. Verizon is just as crooked as any other predatory organization out there. Their "military discount" is pitiful, and they raise their rates per line to offset any discount offered. A truly disgusting and dishonest company.
