Definitely recommend coming here! The workers are so kind and friendly! They don’t make you feel pressured to buy anything like most car services do! I was able to get multiple things done all within 35mins, they are super fast! They tell you if anything in your car is running bad/good! I was also able to sit in the comfort of my car while they worked on it :)! Absolutely love coming here!!

Will never go there again. Waited in line for over an hour, and when I got to the bay door was told by an associate that The manager had told him they were taking two other customers behind me because they wanted more service than what I was asking for. What a way to run a business, the place is a joke.

I called today to see what coupons they had available, as I was planning to come get an oil change, and was speaking to a lady on the phone regarding my oil change reminder not being set correctly the last time I went in, so I ended up going over the milage as I didn't realize it was not set. I figured they could help me get it reset today or make sure someone took a look at it. The lady asked for me to hold on and said she was going to talk to the manager, but instead the manager ended up taking my call. The manager got on the phone and said " I am the manager, how can I help you?, I told her I was talking to the other lady and explained how I went over the milage because my reminder was not set correctly" and the managers response was "they gave you a sticker didnt they?", which I replied "Yes!". The manager then responded to me, in a very snotty tone "OK, so what do you want me to do about it?". I have been going to this location for years and so I have my kids. I have never been talked to so rudely then I was today. And tbh, the service here has also gone down hill recently. It takes forever to get an oil change. They have not been checking your tire pressure when in line and forget to when you pull it inside and even once inside it seems to take forever to have the oil changed. Last time I was there 2 of the workers were talking badly about a customer inside the office infront of the customers having there oil changes done. Maybe Corporate needs to re-consider who they have working the Watertown, Ny Garage. Seems to me everytime I go there the staff is completely different. My family will NOT be going to this location again. We will be taking out business elsewhere.

This is the worst place ever! They quote one price then charge a different price and when you ask them they will tell you it’s cooperate that did that. Corporate has one price and coupons and they don’t have that. I would never ever go here again!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Got my oil changed and despite there being a long wait, the staff was extremely friendly, mindful of my car's needs, and never pushy about anything. They were also busy but this didn't deter their positive attitudes. Got my battery and air filter checked, as well as tired filled. Process was extremely easy and while I normally change my own oil I'd definitely recommend this place to people who can't or won't.Service: Oil change

It was extremely hot & humid the late afternoon we pulled in for an oil change on our jeep. The girl who was working looked overworked, hot, sweaty, and ready to collapse. I thought she was the only one working, but i saw 2 others. She's an extremely hard worker. We felt so sorry for her bc there was a never-ending line of cars, and the weather made it that much more difficult. After offering her some water, which she refused as she had her own, and talking with her, she cooled down a bit, and i think, felt better. We had an oil change and fluid check. We usually come her for a change when in the spring/summer, so not unfamiliar with the usual routine. I have no complaints, but I dont like the extra add-ons they try to sell you, but hey, its no different than any other business trying to make money. Good oil, good oil change, good staff. Will be back

Was busy when I went and you could tell staff was kind of stressed but was still willing to help, explain and answer questions in a professional manner.
