Do y’all pick up mail from the mailbox outside the Chinese food place in Northland plaza?? I’ve been dropping off mail there and everyone who was supposed to the paperwork I sent out say they never got it??

Sigh ? getting fed up with mail showing up late or it doesn't!! I'm about ready to go in person in the near future to post office and complain!! Anyone else having issues??
