I love Ustore I started at the location at Murrock circle on Bradley Street in Watertown NY but decided to get a larger unit closer to I81 in Watertown NY I feel like they are the best self storage I have found in upstate NY. The storage units are high and dry and you can even get climate controlled units. With good security, outside lighting, they are very clean and even have places for boats or other things if needed. From big to small they have it all. Amy and Matt are the nicest people, When I was late on my payment because my wallet was stolen, all I had to do was call and they worked with me. I highly recommend ustore to all my friends and family.

This is Thelma. We have used the U Store in Watertown for over a year. they have been nothing but good to us. Especially Amy in the office. she always has my back. She is kind and very knowledgeable.

My wife and I have rented storage units in multiple states and nothing compares to our experience with U STORE!! Matt is super friendly and amazing to work with. Their units are some of the cleanest and updated units you can get! We have rented storage units for personal and business use. They even offered a space for us to store our boat. They have security camera's and made us feel super comfortable with having our stuff stored here. I highly recommend using USTORE for your storage facility.
