We'd give 10 if we could. After our (former) 2021 Prius Prime was T-boned by a motorhome mounted on a Dodge Ram truck at 50 mph, we need a new car. That one was total - yet we walked away with only broken ribs. (Toyota's side airbags and emergency operator system worked perfectly). After other Toyota dealers harassing us with bait-and-switch offers for Certified Used Toyotas, which NOT Priuses, not small, etc., I put a call in to Waite Toyota in Waertown - about 5 hours from our house - on a Friday.Matt Spencer was the salesperson I reached, and he was a gentleman from start to finish. We drove home with our replacement 2021 Prius Prime (this happened to be an LE) Sunday. No upsells, no hassles about money or manager intervention, we got an additional 800 dollars off (we asked for 1,000 off) a good 2021, just like the car that had SAVED OUR LIVES, and in a safe, BRIGHT color that can be seen in all weather. All paperwork, taken care of fast. IN ADDITION, he sent a handwritten, personal thank you note, that was not just BS but showed he remembered us.I would drive 5 hours any time to get such a great experience. Sincerely, Anita P.

I have been really skeptical concerning dealerships servicing our vehicles from past experiences. I must say they have done a really great job servicing our Toyota. They have great customer service as well. I would recommend their company to everyone.

Customer Service sucks. Literally outside on 3 different locations browsing with no one taking the initiative to approach and ask if I needed help or what I was interested in. Glad I was able to take my offer I offered on a vehicle that is most likely to sit and take it to another dealership that was ready to help.

Great service! We always buy our Toyota’s from Waite’s. Toyota gives us 2 years of free service and they send reminders! Very helpful. If you have any questions, you can text, call or email and they will get right back to you.

Bought a 2022 Tundra SR5 through Jon Keggins. It was by far the easiest and smoothest vehicle purchase I have ever experienced! Great staff and it was truly a pleasure to do business with!

I love the quality of Toyota and all the people at Waite Toyota including the service department! Chuck is an outstanding and honest person at Waite Toyota. I have had him do my new cars since 2006. I highly recommend them!

Our recent car buying experience was the friendliest, easiest, and smoothest we have ever had. Matt and Tim were professional, transparent, and informative. Highly recommend. So happy with our purchase!!

Years ago, my husband and I purchased a new car from Waite Toyota in Watertown, NY, and were impressed with the sales and service staff. So, when my adult son said he was looking to purchase a used truck from the dealer, we didn't have misgivings of him dealing with a "fly by night" used car dealer. Well, that trust was truly misplaced and naive. He's had the truck for two weeks; the navigation system screen needed a replacement, and now in week two, the truck won't start, and we believe it is the alternator. It's clear no one in the used car department had this vehicle examined before they sold the truck to anyone. You ask yourself, why am I speaking for my son, who is an adult? Well, he has a disability that causes him to make impulsive decisions, and he's very trusting of others. He wanted to make this purchase independently, and we were hopeful Waite Toyota would have some integrity. WRONG. They talked him into financing a $700 rust-proofing package on a truck that already has rust on the body. He thought purchasing a $2,600 extended warranty would be prudent to provide a safety net if repairs were needed in the future. Well, I guess he's going to need an extended warranty if the truck has to be towed to a mechanic in the first two weeks because it won't start. Do yourself a favor. Don't purchase a used vehicle from Waite Toyota in Watertown, NY.

I have owned 4 Toyotas and I absolutely love them. This is the first time that a dealership was not flexible at all in regards to incentives. When I purchase my next Toyota I will definitely go elsewhere.

The service department is dishonest. I took my wife's Toyota ****** in because her AC wasn't cold. Took two weeks for an appointment. When I finally got it in they took an hour to come out and tell me the AC would be over $1,000.00 to fix and the truck needs front brakes $450.00. Front brakes! It has 40,000 miles on it. Is it normal for Toyota to need brakes every 40,000 miles? I told them no, just give me the sticker and I'll be on my way. Cost me $123.00 for the inspection sticker and diagnostics. Today, 5 days later, my wife text me and says the brake pedal in her truck goes all the way to the floor! Wow, what did they do to the truck? Don't go here. Don't do business here.... Read More

By far the worst Toyota dealership I've been to. I've been a loyal Toyota customer for over 14 years now so it's sad for me to leave a review like this. The old ladies that work in the service department are extremely rude. I feel as though I'm an inconvenience just by coming into their facilities. The employees don't even acknowledge my existence, or ask if there's anything they could help with. It is amazing how much a little respect and training on customer service skills could make all the difference. I will recommend that people drive down to Syracuse or elsewhere for any Toyota related business.

Costumer service is horrible, starting by Samantha at the service counter. Poor costumer service skills. Second time here try to give them a second chance. If you need to service your Toyota go to Burdick Toyota in Cicero they would take care of you in a professional manner.
