Friendly staff, small town feel to it. Decent prices. They discount what’s about to expire which makes the expensive items more affordable.

Overpriced, under-stocked, under-staffed. I'll Slightly better than going to a convenience store.

Self checkout should be open if only one cashier is open. Also the parking lot is pothole city. Someone could lose an axel.

A majority of the staff from the management to cashiers won't say thank you for shopping there or anything. There are a few who will but they're few and far between. I never saw a store that acts like they flat out don't care you spend your money there. Most days there's either no customers or 1 or 2 for a reason!. High prices, bad staff and bad management!
I am shopping at Hannaford now at least the employees are friendly and prices are lower!

Prices are up and stock is down. Of the things we buy most frequently, prices are $2 higher than Price Chopper and that’s assuming they even have the item in stock. Some things we used to buy just aren’t carried anymore. Other items take days to restock.
The staff is great and doing what they can, but the store is simply failing to meet the needs of its customers, many of whom are low income and can’t afford the high prices or don’t have transportation to another store. I fear they will be the next business in Seaway Plaza to go out of business and leave the north side of town without a grocery store.
