Clean and neat but they moved into a smaller location and made all the aisle too right. You can't pass anybody especially if you have a cart.

Stood at the jewelry counter for 15 minutes while the worker stood chatting not once asked if I needed help. Ended up leaving. Great customer service not!!

Was there today and found a sweater that had a 2 inch hole in the shoulder. I wanted the sweater and it fit me well and decided I would ask for a damaged discount and sew it at home. The original price was 19.99 and they were only willing to drop it down to 18.00. I would suggest changing the policy on damaged clothes. 10-20% for a significantly damaged item is ridiculous.
