Dont do the survey on the receipt! If you are upset you need to take your reviews here. The reviews on the receipt aren't publicly available and this kind of treatment needs to be made public. My experience This is one of the worst staffed home depots i have ever been to. The managers are space-cases and if you try to reach them through a regular associate they will use every excuse in the book to blow you off. Even if you are a regular/have a business and are placing an expensive order. Doesnt matter. These guys are allergic to work. Which would be okay if we didnt truly need managers half the time. It seems like the associates we do interact with are having more and more of their decision making power stripped away. So no. We can't avoid talking to the managers. There was a time I was stuck with an associate for an hour and a half, maybe more, and not once did a manager come check in with us. Though the associate did call and a manager did acknowledge them. I asked if there were only one person on for manager. Come to find there were a total of 4 managers/AMs in the store that day. Not a single one helped. The tech support is nonexistent too. Not just the pcs. Any time I need a pallet its a game of musical machines. They only have one working fork at a time and its often in use. Customers should be given a number because its awkward to not know how many customers need it before you. Ive had to wait 3 pallets before mine was dropped before. Apparently there are other forks but they break often. God I could make a whole separate review on the tech but an associate informed us that its a home depot issue and not this specific store. Theres probably a more effective place for me to put something like that. As for the store? Go to one of the other home depots. We like to use clay when we can but its often more convenient for us to use watertown. God is it a headache.

While shopping today, I heard an employee named Howard tell a coworker named Trayvon that he looked like aunt jemima! I couldn't believe my ears, or even process why he thought that was okay to ask. Please do not let this go uncorrected!!' I visit this location when I come to visit my parents, and they also visit by themselves and i will promptly tell them not to shop there is this is going to be tolerated. **there was nothing wrong with the condition of the store or availability of products, this is a complaint about the employees!**

We shopped the Watertown, NY Home Depot this evening. The Associate Tom in electrical was extremely knowledgeable and helpful assisting us find what we needed. Associate Tony in Home Decor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful helping us find and cut the window blinds we needed. We will definitely shop here again.

Their employees are usually nice and offer helpful assistance. We definitely take advantage of their credit card. There's always an abundance of cute pets around too. Doesn't hurt to watch my husband run around this place like a kid in a candy store either.

came here to get a lamp shade clamp and was approached by an employee asking me for a cigarette and some change!!! Couldn't believe that someone that needs something like that so bad would ask a customer for this, and btw, this happened in the parking lot right out front the doors, he had just gotten done helping an older lady with her merchandise, most likely asked her as well. i mean, maybe the kid needed to do laundry after his shift or something, but I'm pretty sure that was not the case and our younger generation is just losing touch with reality. anyways i hope they look into this before they get ripped off....young black skinny lab maybe 5-6....winky emoji

While waiting for what seemed to be about 30 - 45 min on line with homedepot main office, a wonderful employee asked if I would like a chair. At first I refused because I thought this would be a quick call. When he offered it a second time I took advantage of his offer. Thank you for being so thoughtful !

I don't give many reviews but this place deserves a poor one. This place is horrible. Products and slow service aside, I witnessed some inappropriate behavior. The man that I spoke with in lumber when I first arrived was named Danny. He wasn't much help, so I got what I needed myself. When I was leaving the store I see the same man sitting in a car. Strange thing was he was getting oral sex from another very young appearing employee. Disturbed me very much and luckily my daughter did not notice.

WOWWWWWWW great people to have helping you plan a home improvement project... FIRST let me just say if you have any coupon for a competitor store they meet AND beat it no questions asked... no hassle with a manager... anyone employee can help you or can find someone to do so. shocked by the level of class and expertise presented in EACH AND EVERY EMPLOYEE i encountered. i have had to have quite a few things custom ordered and the people at the customer service counter were always so pleasant and happy to help with any and all concerns... spoke with the manager Kris to thank him for all they had done for us GREAT STAFFF!!!!!!!!!
