I find the staff is always friendly and helpful. The store has the best selection of office items that we need such as printer ink, pens, envelopes, paper.

I went to Staples to print a document right before closing. I called ahead of time and Dar let me know that she would make sure I got my copies made. When I got there she helped me send her the document and two minutes later I was on my way home. Dar and her coworker were wonderful and I look forward to any future Staples trips! Thank you!!

Today I had one of the most pleasant experiences at your store. I believe her name is Christine and may also be a general manager. I was in need of getting some printing done and getting a few supplies and I needed some help. The point of sale system for printing copying didn't seem to work and needed some IT support. Despite a store that is understaffed and under pressure as a result I had the most pleasant experience I didn't want to thank her. Staples management locally and countrywide needs to turn their attention to hiring and retaining the right people.

I’ve never in my life been to a staples with such poor customer service. Wow. I watched an elderly woman struggle with sending a fax and the staff member did nothing to help her. Then, I went to print a label and the machine charged me and it didn’t print the label only the link of the email. There was no print preview available. When I told staff they had no suggestions to amend the issue. Never again.

Bigger lady helped me out today and she was so snarky and rude the whole entire time. She never let me finish saying what I needed to say before cutting me off and practically telling me she can’t help me. She was so rude I ended up walking out, first time in staples and never going back to this location because of rude women

My husband and I went in to get copies made for our daughters first birthday invitations. Was quoted one price by one of the young ladies there but once we went back to pick them up was charged a higher rate. ☹️
