Took 3 hours for ten customers, if you don't have an appointment they wont help you. Dont make the same mistake we made. However it was unreasonable for it to take 3 hours , and constantly bumping down people for appointments. Value for the wi-fi is alright but don't go without an appointment unless you want to be ignored . Should also mention a lot of people in-front of us left as well due to the incredibly unfair wait times and ignoring customers who walked in.

It was the worst place that I have been. They use a virtual sign in kiosk that displayed the customers in order. While there were over 30 customers, the employees continued to have conversations with customers, showing each other their vacation photos. Due to this, they would spend 30 to 60 mi uses with each customer. If given another option, I would never work with this store or Spectrum again. I am glad that I am moving.

I went to the Watertown Spectrum store three times just to get a new modem without success. The first time the sign-in gizmo was not working and there were at least 5 others waiting in line for only two Spectrum agents so I left. The second time the sign in gizmo was working, but the place was full of people waiting. Just yesterday 11 Sep I signed in determined to wait for one of the 3 agents behind about 4 or 5 other customers. Each agent seemed to be chatting with the customers rather than taking care of business. I and another customer discussed the situation and decided to call for a home visit to swap out the equipment.

The spectrum store in Watertown NY on Arsenal St is a disgrace. I was in there on August 4, 2023. After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes I was approached by a so called customer service agent asking if he could answer any questions to avoid further waiting. I expressed my displeasure With the fact that they were preparing to overdraft my account for the fourth time this year. I agreed to an automatic payment to taken on the 6th of every month. They have taken it on the first, the third, the second. He informed me that Spectrum DOES NOT DO THAT. I then told him I was revoking the authorization for automatic payments. He then told me that auto payments were required for Spectrum Mobile. He then reasserted that Spectrum DOES not take auto payments early. I responded "BULLSHIT". He then admonished for language. I blew my top and let him have it!!I then stormed out. I dumped Spectrum. Any time I have been in this store I have waited at least 45 minutes. While there was around 20 people waiting in the store associates were taking smoke breaks. I will never do business with Spectrum or Charter Communications.

There was a bit of a line, I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes to be seen. But the seating was comfortable, and the staff were as quick as they could. I noticed Beth, the person who ended up helping me, also assisted a woman who was clearly confused about something. Beth was understanding and kind to her and made sure things were completely clear before sending her on her way. Well done, Beth! I'd much rather wait for a kind person than be hurried through by someone who doesn't care.

Employees too focused on upselling rather than helping customers. Over an hour wait time is typical. Go to another store, avoid at all costs!

Zero rating!! One person working. One person sitting in the corner. . Not working. Only needed to exchange a faulty router that was replaced by technician the day prior. After waiting an hour moved from 12 on list to 11 and then back to number 12. Absolute **** show! Forced to choose a star to submit...does not deserve a 1. Manager should be ashamed!!

The wait times are unacceptable. I was and hour and fifteen minutes to swap out a modem. Their sign in system went down. And it was free for all. Terrible experience!! The staff person who helped me was great.

While I've had some frustrating experiences with Spectrum before, I must say the exceptional customer service of Jocelyn made up for it. 5 stars for her, she deserves a raise!

It's modern and new inside, but the wait times can get a bit egregious... However, they have a great staff who always solve my problems! Super friendly, too!

Arrived at opening at 10 am. There were 8 people in line and one employee. The check in machine was not working. The employee apparently was thrown in there without training. He did not know many answers. The printer was not working. After returning 3 devices, I did not get a receipt. I took a photo of the screen. I had to call the next day because the device return were not showing up. That was another 11 minutes on the phone. The woman on the phone should have been a litigator because she tried to contradict everything I told her although I was correct. Not a good customer experience by any means. Like being hassled.

Worst customer service I've ever had. Spectrum internet has been on a shortage or something for almost 2 months and won't waive fees for it. God forbid you go somewhere for a month they will jump your bill from already $90 to $200 and won't even waive it to help. The moment someone else is available to Fort Drum I'll be switching. Absolutely a monopoly and worst customer service
