I came to switch my phone over to spectrum mobile today. I made an appointment and was helped as soon as I walked in the door. The sales representative Antonio was very helpful and thorough with his explanation of the process. I was very impressed with the costumer service throughout the entire process.

I had to go and pay a bill, the staff person was very professional very polite and very cordial and the wait time wasn't bad at all so I give them a five-star rating because of their professionalism which is outstanding
