Rebecca helped us shop for a new mattress. She was very knowledgeable and efficient and not at all overbearing. The mattress was delivered to our home 3 days later, with excellent communication…it was so helpful to know exactly when it was coming.

I wish I had taken pictures of the staff!! My go to sales person is Tobi. It’s like she can read my mind. Love her! And the customer service staff! Excellent! I’ve been doing business with Raymour and Flanigan since 1997. Easy to work with and delivery when I want it. I’m a big fan!

We purchased a new bed and Jacob was amazing! He gave us all the information we needed to make a decision and then allowed us plenty of time to try out the mattresses we were interested in. He didn’t pressure us and was very helpful.
Update - we had to return the mattress and exchanged it for another one. The first one was too soft. When the second mattress was delivered they dragged it across my hardwood floor and left scratches across the entire living room floor. Very poor delivery service. Ruined my floor. Zero stars for delivery.
