Went in the car wash after paying. It started, put soap on my vehicle then completely stopped and would not continue. Went to the other Precision Wash on Coffeen Street and got it washed there. It did a great job but it ripped the wiper off the back of my jeep. Not pleased at all.

Very disappointed with this place, no water on wash cycle. .again. No paper to print receipt so no record of transaction. Called 800 number and was told they will call me as soon as they open, well it's afternoon and noooo return call. Very disgusted.

Worst place to get a car wash in the area. I spent $14 on a wash and it did little more than spray water around my truck. Total garbage! Many better options for your hard earned money in the area.

Ancient, half broken vaccuums, over priced vending machine cleaning supplies, and touch free washes that barely clean your car.Only giving two stars because of the one decent soft touch wash lane.

Best soft-touch wash in Watertown. Spot-on!!! Great clean!!! Even leaves your vehicle smelling fresh for a bit inside.

Self wash on coffeen st constantly takes your money and doesn’t turn on. There’s never anyone around to refund you and no one answers the phone. Buyer beware, if you use self wash, go to any other carwash

Not satisfied at all. It didn’t fully clean the dead bugs off of the windshield plus left a gross film on the windows so whenever we operate the windshield wipers now it’ll leave a film plus the washer fluid stays on the windshield now. Also didn’t dry the car well. Going to another car wash to get rid of it and actually get the car cleaned. Waste of money
