21851 Towne Center Dr, WatertownAshley, in the grooming department, is our absolute favorite! I have been bringing my corgi, Fergus, to Petco for grooming since I brought him home at 17 weeks. Ashley and Fergus quickly grew a bond and always wiggles his little heart butt whenever they are reunited! I trust Ashley with Fergus, wholeheartedly(and I’m a helicopter dog mom, not going to lie)! She always does exactly what I ask, takes her time, sends me the cutest spa day pictures and leaves my boy looking handsome as ever! She’s even able to trim his nails without a problem! Fergus is very dramatic, as are most corgis! As long as Ashley is at Petco Grooming, I will be bringing Fergus there to be groomed!

And they are such nice people. K-9 designs came highly recommended to me. And I would absolutely highly recommend them to anyone! I literally feel like my dog is the #1 priority when she goes into her appointments. We have been having her go for a couple years now. And I'm still at very happy with the service of this establishment.

My dog is relatively high energy and he LOVES to go to get groomed and brushed by the Paw Spa. I can hardly brush him on my own without him walking away, and she said he will just rest his head right on her shoulder while he gets brushed. After grooming, he smells amazing. I will miss her services when I move to PA!

The Veterinarian's support staff are equally exceptional as are the front office staff.

1631 State St, WatertownWOW, idk how else to say it! This establishment is AMAZING! The only thing I can say could use a little sprucing up is the receptionist. Although she seems nice towards ppl she knows, it's not quite the same etiquette towards new faces. I suppose that could come in time.
The staff in the back are all AMAZING. Always going above and beyond for all our kitties ? thanks for loving our babies like we do.
