The entire staff was excellent!! We had the best experience taking our dad who is 90 years young, and we were treated like family. I highly recommend going here for any optical needs. Job well done!!!!

Everyone was so nice and helpful! I was having issues deciding between 3 different frames, so I asked everyone for their opinion. We ended up going with my first pick! Can't wait for them to come in! Dr. Bresler was also so pleasant while doing his exam! Thank you to everyone there for making a great experience!

I love the ladies that work there... so friendly, they go out of their way to make you want to go back there. They certainly know how to make adjustments on your glasses the first time :-)

The customer service here is beyond amazing. Friendly and helpful front end staff as well. I truly believe they assisted me with what i needed and didn’t need. I was not pushed to upgrade to useless features, filters etc. Mahalo Nui for all your help

I was blown away by this positive, professional business. I am a business owner, so I am very aware of the effects of great customer service. I have needed to wear glasses, bifocals, to be exact, for 10 years, and I was always discouraged from wearing contacts until I came to Pearle Vision with my husband who was having his eyes examined. The staff couldn't see any reason why I couldn't try contacts. I was able to get an appointment the very next day, and I was thrilled! EVERYONE was encouraging and patient with me as I took a full hour to try wearing contacts for the first time. I did not feel rushed at all during my eye exam, as the doctor said over and over, "Take your time" while I looked at the eye chart. I have already recommended 2 other people to this business and they have been happy as well!! I'm so glad that this place was recommended to us by a family member who said, "You will love them!"

I have been a patient for over a year now. At one point I had tried to do contacts and Christine was not very calm, patient or understanding for a first timer. She ended up getting someone else to help but I just decided contacts weren’t for me. It was not a great experience.. When they called me to schedule my yearly I was hesitant. She asked me the usual questions and I remember saying nothing had changed for insurance and I definitely wasn’t interested in contacts. Not realizing my insurance had changed she called me back to reschedule the appointment I had and said it has to be with another doctor due to your insurance change. No big deal. I show up for said appointment and she claims I told her I wanted contacts. I explained calmly I did not ever say that considering the experience I had the last time. She was very rude and short. I saw the doctor and he said I had a change in script. When she saw the change she told me I didn’t need new glasses it wasn’t a significant change. I took her word for it and went with her to check out. Apparently with my insurance I have a $10 copay. Christine said I could not leave until I paid it. I told her I would call first thing in the morning when I got paid. She said I can’t let you leave can’t you call someone? I said I’m sorry I have no one to call? She said to another lady what am I supposed to do she doesn’t have $10, the lady yelled well you can’t release any information until she pays. Needless to say they let me leave embarrassed, and wondering if they were calling the police versus just sending me a bill? How rude and way to make a person feel even worse about not having any money. You will get the $10 and I will never ever come back
