Having issues with them adding land lord insurance when I have been with them and entire year and fully covered to this day, best they could say is "someone will be in contact with me" that was two weeks ago

This place was disgusting and very outdated. Even if they decide to renovate with new appliances and stick on contact paper, the building itself is still full of cracks, trashy ventilation, and bugs. The place has a mold problem that the janitor classifies as “mildew”. They just paint over the mold and clean the mold with bleach which doesn’t actually get rid of the root cause. Please beware that this place if pretty cheap and it’s a perfect example of “you get what you pay for”.

There are bug all over the place. They spray for them but it's not enough. Also they did not give back my security deposit even with proper notices and moving beyond 50 miles for a new job. Currently reported to the Attorney General's office and taking them to small claims. The place is very outdated. The maintenance staff was wonderful.

Me and my roommate absolutely love this place, Lisa, our leasing lady, is wonderful. She’s extremely friendly and helpful and I can say the same about their maintenance man Chris. He is the only maintenance guy who actually does a good job and isn’t rude like the other one is.

My sister is the Property Manager here & she absolutely loves her people! She goes above & beyond for them & Ontario Village. She always has a heart warming story or two regarding her care of her residence. They are blessed to have her there!

My family has lived here for over 5 years, and we have never had any issues. The location is great and it is very quiet and well-kept. Lisa, the property manager, is always accommodating and friendly.

Rob, the head of maintenance, is 5 stars! He is always prompt to respond to requests and goes above and beyond to fix or replace anything.

Watertown Appliance has been working with Ontario Village for many years. Business between us two have been very good and we have seen good results by taking care of the local community. Businesses helping business, especially local, has always been a plus for the community. Rob has always been our go to and working hand in hand with us when we do any maintenance or purchases to help his tenants get support for their appliances.
