Luke is a really nice & friendly guy, he removed a dent from my new BMW and now you can’t tell it even existed!! Price was more than reasonable… I would highly recommend having your dings and dents removed by this guy!! He has all the needs tools and equipment to do the job quickly and efficiently. Excellent service.

What truly sets Nothern PDR apart is their unparalleled attention to detail. I went there for one large dent removed and when i got it back i had that plus all the small ones removed. Each dent was meticulously repaired, leaving my car looking as though it had just rolled of the showroom floor. Went in to talk about my car door and advice on how to fix. The owner was so kind and helpful. He was able to help me with my door when 2 other shops couldn’t help me. Will always refer this business!

I thought I was going to have to replace my quarter panel but he fixed it right up !!! Half of what some of the other guys wanted .. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!! He comes to the Oswego area also !!!

I want to thank Luke at Northern PDR for removing the dents from a Volkswagen Beetle that I just bought for my wife outstanding work and has always treated me and my family very well.And as always he has done awesome work! So if you need a dent removed NORTHERN PDR is the best highly recommended!

Great customer service, affordable, and quick. Someone left a crease dent on my daughter's car, and we were able to get it quickly fixed for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place!

This was our second time using Northern PDR. Just like the first time, he performed incredible work. Our neighbor was so impressed that she had him repair door dings on her SUV while he was there. Always kind, affordable, and exceptional work.

What an awesome experience! My Ford Escape (Sammi girl ☺️) got a small little ding along the side of her when we were on vacation! I was actually recommended by another body shop to go see Luke over Northern PDR (crazy right?!) Well I am so glad they did — Luke & Mason were both waiting for me when I pulled in this afternoon! Said they would fix it on the spot and did they ever! My Sammi looks spotless again :) !!! Thank you so so much Luke & Mason! Such wonderful customer service and both knew what they were doing! Will certainly go back if need be — thank you both again!!!!!

NORTHERN PDR was highly recommended . I have a 2022 Ram 1500. The center of my hood was hit with a lacrosse ball. The passenger rear box had a door ding in it. I called and they were able to get me right in. I was treated like a old friend. They made the experience easy. I am very meticulous with my truck. After he was done , no signs of it even being fixed. Looks brand new!!!!The repairs they did were at the highest quality. Thank you. GREAT JOB ?

I cannot say enough good things about this business. First, I'll start by saying that I chose this shop based on the reviews that I read online. I called to inquire about services and was greeted by an incredibly friendly male who seemed enthusiastic and just genuinely pleasant. I let him know I had a 2020 Ford Escape that had a door ding. He instructed me to text pictures of my dent to the phone number associated with the business and he would evaluate the photos and send me a quote. I called pretty late in the afternoon, so I assumed I would hear back from him in a day or two, which is totally understandable. He emailed me a full professional quote, broken down with prices and pictures, to my email within the hour. Based on my pleasant experience with him up to this point, I scheduled immediately. I received a text reminder the day before my appointment(LOVE text reminders). I dropped off my car in the morning prior to open of business and placed my key in a locked key box outside of the store. I received an email when my car was ready along with an invoice. I was so happy to get the invoice because I could pay for my service prior to picking up my vehicle, which saves loads of time and patience when I have two children who hate being in car-seats! When I got to the business, there were two gentleman with huge smiles on their faces, clean appearance, and professional uniforms. The older gentlemen(I assume the owner) informed me that he was able to get the dent out completely and also a couple OTHER dents or small imperfections he saw around my vehicle, ALONG WITH a free, beautiful exterior wash!! There was no change in price from my original quote, he simply did this because he is a truly caring, detailed, and compassionate shop owner. I have never had this type of "treat customers like family" experience in my life, and it is restored my faith in small shop repairs. I will continue to recommend this amazing business to all of my friends and coworkers. Thank you so much Northern PDR!!!!

Extremely prompt service and repair. Faster than expected. Outstanding repair work. Wouldn't trust anyone else to repair my vehicle in this manner. Could not even see where damaged area was after repairs. Thank You!!!
