Told me over the phone they will only take you if they’re paid by insurance. This isn’t a traditional business look elsewhere if you need work done.

Called today requesting a quote to paint the front bumper on my 2014 Subaru Impreza STI. Immediate attitude on what I needed done and when stated that they needed my VIN and my reply of I could provide it for them, they said not interested and hung up abruptly. Terrible customer service and clearly not a shop I would want to work with.
