Pretty decent for watertown NY. I got nails down for hoco and I am very happy with the service and everything. Price was $60. Not many color choices. Only thing I didn't like was the fact that I was charged $15 for a solid color on my toes with my own polish, along with the fact that they drill your cuticles off and don't put any product on them before doing so. I would recommend

I went for my nails done Monday it's Friday and they are all chipped usually my gel manicure last 3-4 weeks I called they told me they are only allowed 2 coats of polish when other nail salons do anywhere from 3-4 coats paid $40

I used to love this place. Today I went in for a mani pedi. I told them I had to be out in two hours. They said they could do it. I got the pedicure and then they told me to sit and wait. He then started another pedicure. I waited 45 minutes. By the time he readdressed me I no longer had time. When I tried to reschedule Kathy simply said they were too busy. Not quite sure what happened but I felt she was very rude and short. She didn’t even offer another nail technician. Seems to me they are too busy to take any new clients or accommodate old ones.

We went into this salon at 9:20 and they told us they couldn’t take us because they had filled their day with appointments. They advertise walk-ins are welcome but couldn’t get us in the entire day. If you only want people to set appointments then that needs to be stated so people don’t believe they can walk in!
