Tried to charge me $1000 just for ignition coils and spark plugs. I bought for $100. Then they wanted the labor on top of that. Then they charged $350+ labor for a new battery.

Exhaust replacement. Over priced and poor quality workmanship. Visually obvious muffler hangs 2 inches lower than it should. Muffler rattles on trailer hitch. Would not recommend this shop.
As a senior and a veteran I am very disappointed.

Probably the best shop experience I've ever had. Took me in the bay to explain things, got coupons/discounts on the spot. I even made a same day appointment and it was done the same day. The GM even stayed late so I could pick it up. Awesome guys over there and they deserve more recognition

I always take my car to Monro. Everyone is friendly and respectful, and I never feel like I’m being ripped off.

Waited two hours for a 30 minute job while a walk-in got in and out before me for a more complicated issue. Got offered $20 off of a $200 bill. This place is a joke, take your business elsewhere.

I would not recommend this store. Unprofessional and dishonest. As someone who went to this store for all vehicle maintenance for a few years this store has gone downhill. Zero accountability or resolution. If you think you're going to have a pleasant experience dealing with this store you're terribly wrong.

Got my brake pads done here and could not recommend it enough. Cheapest prices in Town. Scott was so kind and was too good at his job. Definitely come here more often.

I am always treated with respect and the analysis is always spot on. This group of guys has never a single time steered me wrong. I may have a good idea of what is wrong with my vehicle, but over the years they have demonstrated time and vehicle again that they are experienced and determined to get me the best deal on parts to get me back up and running. With their crew, I would never go anywhere else. They are the best. My daughter, and my granddaughters will always come here because they can be trusted.
