Did not show up for window quote or call to say they couldn't make it. Took me an hour and a half of making phone calls to find out the installer was out sick. Worst customer service I've ever received.

07/20/2024. Another disappointing shopping experience, I drove 15 minutes to the Watertown, NY to buy/ order a storm door. Took 5 minutes to find someone just to not have my questions answered and told once again that I can just go home and order/ read about it online. I understand it's Saturday but why doesn't a hardware store have people working. Im sure along with all the other online reviews people have written nothing will be done and this store can continue to stay a float by simple items to vacationers. The quality of emplyees have sunken so low in the US. I will not be purchasing that item from Lowes or any items for a while I guess, I can just order what I want online from other vendors.

This place sucks. Some old man and his wife must have been 65 or older. He walked with a cane. Several employees walked by why they were trying to load several peaces of pressure treated lumber. I asked several of them to help them to no avail until one guy help them

Don't attempt to do an instore pickup from an online order! Five times over this year I was forced to do store pickup and all five times it took at least an hour to find my order. Most of the time they couldn't find all of the order. I told one girl that I had two items. She replied "They sometimes put items in the other box". I asked her to check. She stated "you can assure it is in there however if it isn't, you can just come back". My Mother just had an issue with the order. She tried to do curbside pickup. She did the correct steps for checking in and everything. After quite a long time she sent my brother in to investigate. They didn't even know she was there. This is after she tried to call and got no answer on the phone. There are going to be more reviews soon about other issues.
So, issue #2 is the lack of assistance you will get from this store. I used to joke if you don't want to be bothered, go to this Lowe's. This isn't funny anymore. I am Never able to find assistance. One day I took 2 laps around the store looking for someone to help me and could not find a single soul. One poor customer was at his wits end looking for someone. He was going row to row yelling "where are they! I need help and can't fine one person! Where are they!".
I have even put in a complaint to management a while ago, yet nothing has changed.
New issue that just happened on Monday the 3rd of June 2024. Like an idiot, instead of going to ACE Hardware in Sackets Harbor, I decided to try getting wood shipped to my house. They advertised next day delivery, however this is a farce. I waited 5 day for the delivery. On the site it just stated it was waiting on driver. I finally got sick of waiting so I called the store. All they could say was they used a 3rd party company and there is no way to know when they can deliver my order. Needles to say, I canceled my order and went to O D Greens. Nice job Lowe's! You missed out of a $1000 order.

Big bearded guy named Jake helped me out in the garden section on Saturday. Really nice guy, helped me load everything and was super personable. There were also two different Kevin's who were great as well. Quality hires in the Watertown store. Way to go guys.

???? had to call the store to find someone to help with a question I had about a screen doors,well someone finally showed up with an additude so I told him lose the additude so we left went to the other home store in 2 seconds later someone came up to me and ask to help, funny the other 4 people where there and gripping about Lowe's
