Haven't had an issue.. always get my prescription... if they don't have it they order it, and you have it within a couple days...

This place is an absolute joke, I called yesterday and asked when my medicine would be ready, they told me 30 minutes. I went 2 hours later and they told me it wouldn’t be ready until morning. I went there today at 5 pm today and they gave me attitude and told me one more hour. My husband went back at 6:20 pm and they yelled at him and told him he was just there 15 minutes ago! Absolutely disgusting and I will be changing pharmacies!!!!

This is my pharmacy and Kinney's has always been my pharmacy some location or another over the years.bathrooms are very clean and covid rules are in effect.kind and knowledgeable are the staff.open m through sunday. This is the state street location iam speaking of.

Would not waste your time going to this Kinneys Drug ....customer service is way below par ...you are told your prescription will take 15 min to fill and never takes less then 45 min ...have given them multiple chances to get better and have yet to see any kind of efficiency on Kinneys part I have changed all my scripts and shopping to Walgreens on State Street well worth it!!
