The past few months the service has gone down hill. It takes days to get refills. The today after being released from the hospital I called to verify they got the prescriptions and they would be filled when I got there in a hour. I was told yet. I arrived and hour and a half later and they had t filled them yet. I was told they were out of one and the other was sent to Govenour to get filled. I told told her I needed these pills today she so laid let me check. She came back on the phone and said they had both prescriptions and they would be ready in 10 minutes. They really need to do better!

I have been a customer of Kinney Drugs since I was an infant and continue to stay loyal to my hometown business. However, things have changed. It takes days to put up a simple prescription which is tolerable, but to think that you no longer have to answer your phone is inexcusable. I am all done trying to accommodate you, and will be going to your competitor. What a shame.

My family has used this Kinney since before I was even born. The drive through line is always cars and cars long. Never answer the phone. And normally the pharmacy phone people are rude. I use two other kinneys and I’ve never had this issue and all other kinneys are very professional, fast, and efficient. So I just see no reason why this one is so bad.

I generally give companies the benefit of the doubt and don’t leave bad reviews, but after my last trip to the pharmacy I can’t not leave my feelings. They usually don’t have your prescription ready and a lot of the time medicine is “being delivered later.” I’ve dealt with that quite a few times, and although it’s a little irritating I’m ok with it. This last time was the last straw. The two pharmacy techs I dealt with were SOOO far beyond rude that I left and am switching to another pharmacy. So if you don’t mind having to make multiple trips to get your prescriptions and make sure you NEVER have questions then I’m sure you won’t have any issues with them. If you would like to be treated like a decent human being and get your prescriptions in a timely manner I suggest you have your medicine filled elsewhere.

The pharmacy staff are amazing here. Even when the place is packed, they are kind, helpful, and efficient. Over the years I've even seen them handle two medical emergencies with a calmness that was truly impressive, all while continuing to help customers who were sometimes less than understanding of the situation. These folks are awesome!

Extremely unprofessional workplace. Not very friendly uppermanagement I walked in and a young lady was helping me while tears were streaming down her face , I asked her what was wrong, and she said she was alright. However Mr. Jeff kirkby showed me very clearly why she was crying with his sour attitude that was directed towards the young girl. She looked like she was doing the best she could, and he was consistently on her case in the 10 minutes I was in that store. Do better, treat your employees better, and maybe don't treat your staff like that in front of customers or at all. Have some common decency and respect for others Mr. Kirkby. Or you'll lose your customers and respect from your staff.

Very friendly and the pharmacy tech was extremely helpful. She even pulled infant Tylenol off the shelf for my sick baby because she knew it was hard to come by nowadays.

Now I realize why Kinney's is only in NY State. According to current trends, masses of people are leaving NYS because of the lack of common sense and the excess of drug abuse. Kinney drugs works with the local hospitals to prescribe out dates medications. I just got off the phone with the pharmacist at 905 Coffeen St. He hung up on me after voicing concerns about the labels being INCORRECT and why there are excess doses of controlled substances - the pharmacist claimed that I forgot to take a dose "once or twice". The pharmacist also accused and assumed to the point where I felt like I was speaking to a mental patient. He gave me multiple "Whatever" responses as though he was a teenager. the call was recorded and I am prepared to share it with my lawyer. And if anyone wants to hear the appalling tone this grown man took with me before he HUNG UP! Emailed to law firm successfully - I'll post the recording if anyone wants to hear.

I went there dressed casually, and bought reading glasses there and when I got to the front was poor shamed by the old lady working there while I was getting my wallet out. The glasses were 26.99 and the cashier said to me “You know these ones are a little more expensive right?” Kennys lost a customer today they shamed me and it’s also happened to my girlfriend. I work a full time job and just get to busy to go to the optometrist, I should not be shamed for how I’m dressed on an off day.

Every single time I have a prescription filled here I have to wait two days to get it filled completely they never have anything on hand that is very common for seizures and I have suffered greatly because of their lack of common sense, and the Pharmacy is so out of touch with what’s going on but it usually takes three or four people to actually consult you before your correct order is filled - Anyone who has anxiety steer clear of this pharmacy choose a Walgreens or a CVS even a Rite Aid

Lines are not too long (I accidently hit the yes button when I was asked that question, was going too fast).. Kinneys has been great with me so far. I have to go there once a week. The lines have only been 1 person in front of me and they have my prescription ready no hassle at all I'm in and out within maybe 10 min from walking in to walking out

Very poor customer service in the pharmacy. I was on the phone for 40 mins before I could get the pharmacy to answer. When at the pharmacy counter none of the workers bother to look up or speak to you. I understand they are busy but a simple acknowledgment that they know you are there would be nice.
