If they ever answer the phone they are a pretty rude bunch of employees that care nothing about there establishments makes me hate asking questions about upcoming releases.I can honestly say this is one of the worst shoe spot in Watertown

If you want your shopping experience to be the kind where employees AVOID making eye contact so they don't have to help you (specifically the dude with the dreads) this is the place for you! We weren't greeted nor acknowledged, and we stood there for a few minutes waiting for someone to help us, but no one ever came. So we left. Also, it's not like they had any other customers at the moment.

They call them self a shoe store but yet people go in there to get shoes an yet they never have sizes above size 10

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! Went into the store, no one spoke nor even asked if I needed assistance. Three employees were near the cash register listening to another employee tell a story. The young lady stationed at the front of the store just stood there and continued to look at people passing by. I finally decided to walk out. Upon my leaving the young lady standing at the front had the nerve to tell me to have a nice day! Found the sneaker cheaper some place else.
