The Cheese Store of Northern NY is a locally-owned deli, specialty market, and in-house butcher. It is an awesome little joint and an adorable little store with a fresh, clean look. The store offers a wonderful variety of local, regional, and imported cheeses, meats, and much more. This includes prime cuts of meat, delicious cheese curds, cheese spreads, and excellent subs, wraps, sandwiches, and soups. Local products like Croghan Bologna, baked goods, and a peach pie are also top notch. Everything is excellent, reasonably priced, and you can tell they take pride in their products. It is a little gem highly recommended for some of the best foods on the go.
Came for the cheese stayed for the subs and chips. Fantastic selection all around.

Stopped here on our way back home to Ohio and picked up Maple Syrup. They had lots of food that looked delicous but we had no way of keeping it cold on our 10 hour drive home. Super friendly store, great people and fantastic maple syrup!
