McKenna does such a great job grooming my Shetland sheep dog. She pays attention to detail, listens to the clients needs and wants and loves dogs. Also, the checkout experience is positive as the cashier Oliver was very friendly. We will remain regulars!

I travel around the US with my dog and I have to say they should fire everyone and find people who want to work and not hide from anyone they hide better then a Chameleon just not a present place and I been all over the US got questions good luck.

I have just experienced my worst experience! Generally a great welcoming place has taken a turn for the worst. I am very disappointed and will be happy to take my business to petco next business trip for my pets! The cashier asked me not to pet the ferret! This I understand. I apologized and mentioned to Katelyn the cashier I have a lot of ferrets to home and do not mind the nibbles. I explained in the past I always had pet them with no problem. Her response is where the service turned sour ! She stated she did not believe I had done that in the past . She bluntly gave me a look as if I was lying to her. I tried to talk about my pets at home and she just said it didn't matter if I had ferrets I couldn't pet them . Mid conversation of my response she walks away. Worst part as she walked away we were actually ready to cash out . My girlfriend took the liberty to speak to her from there . I was ready to walk out leaving all items at the desk. I am livid to be called a liar and then be ignored. Friendly service turned bad do not shop at this location! Thank you for my past experiences but this one ends my business with this store !
