Kathy if I’m spelling it correctly was awkward weird and rude! Should have more of a trusting personality during such a delicate time, she made us very uncomfortable and others agreed! Will not be going back to this location.

So when I walked in to do my taxes in person I told the front desk I want to talk to a tax accountant and do it in person. They did not tell me I was doing a drop off till after they had me send my W2s through the website. I would have liked to have been told this before I gave them my W2s but whatever. Then I am given an appointment for 12pm to go over my taxes. It’s been 2 hours and 20 minutes since that scheduled time and I have yet to get a call from my tax person and the front desk said they have been dealing with walk-ins all day. You’re telling me you’re putting those walk ins ahead of those who you scheduled an appointment with? Completely unacceptable and I can see they do not have their priorities straight.

I would be careful using this location. My wife and I had a myriad of issues, our first person we had completely filed our taxes wrong and was pretty rude the entire time. Got our paperwork, went about our business. Got home and opened up our packet and somehow they gave me not only my tax information but another family's tax information, I had everything unfortunately. We immediately alerted corporate as well as tried reaching out because now I am not confident that our information was given to a random stranger. We were told several times that the regional manager was going to reach out to us from corporate as well as we would be placed on some kind of SSN watchlist protection, it's been months and haven't heard anything. We have called several times and it honestly feels like we are getting the run around. Shortly after the discovery, we scheduled an appointment and as we show up we are told our taxes were done completely wrong. I appreciate the second person helping fix our taxes and we did end up with a decent return, but I should have never received someone else's tax documents to begin with. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of follow up and carelessness on all accounts.

I had my taxes done March of 2021 and never got my money H&R Block never sent my paperwork to the IRS and now I have been standing outside a location in Watertown NY and Lindsey doesn't even show up for work so I have standing here for almost 2 hours and nobody knows why

worst experience imaginable. still haven't received my tax money months after filing due to hr block mistakes. Iv been hung up on, transfered, laughed at an embarrassed, made to feel a fool. HR Block is the worst tax service I have ever used in my life, I would not recommend them to anyone. they allowed my information to be sent to a complete stranger. garbage company. I am in the process of contacting law enforcement over this issue due to the lack of company attention. CA

Heather is the best! I typically do taxes myself but this year with a lot of things changing in my life I just didn't know where to start. Heather helped sort all that out and I intend to go to her for taxes next year!
