1290 Arsenal St, Watertown“Stayed at the Hampton while we were in Watertown for 3 days. Everything from the lobby to our room was spotlessly clean. Staff were constantly cleaning and very friendly. We had a room with 2 queen beds that were as comfortable as being at home. Large tv in the room, cold mini fridge, ironing board and iron. Plenty of toiletries and a large bathroom. We stayed mid week and had the pool all to ourself. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway but you don't hear any cars. Nearby great choices of many restaurants and shopping within a 4-5 minute drive. Will definitely stay here again.
Nearby activities: Salmon Run Mall, restaurants are all very close. I recommend Tully's restaurant. Great food. Lots of shopping options nearby.”
“Hostess was friendly and greeted us on our arrival. The room clean and bed comfortable. All amenities worked with only issue encountered was tv needed to have guide reset and downloaded due to a communication outage. Breakfast was hot with a very good selection and area was well maintained and clean.”
“We found this hotel to be 65% the price of neighboring hotels in Watertown, but found nothing wrong with it. Clean, convenient parking/check-in, well-deigned room, excellent bathroom with the cutest bar soap we'd ever seen. Minor issues were the bed sagged a bit and noise from the neighboring room seemed a bit clearer than normal.
Rooms: the well-designed roomy rooms had convenient outlets, thermostat (unfortunately we didn't discover this until after trying to adjust the under-window unit to no avail our first two days!). It is off the interstate with not-pretty neighboring properties and slightly dreary hallways and noisy elevator--maybe that's why the price is so good--but the facade and lobby are renovated, the people at the desk are bright and responsive, so it has the feel of a good hotel.”
“Sarah has been very helpful during lunch service . Hard worker.. pays attention to detail .. very respectful.. and a great leader while training her new staff. She should be promoted ahead of peers immediately!”
