“Came here because my axle nut wouldn’t come off and I used a harbor freight tool that was completely seared off. So I went into harbor freight and bought another set and decided to see if that one would work and that one seared off as well. So I was about to clear off the shelf’s with each one that seared off but one of the employees brought out his impact and loosened it for me. I appreciate that man. Only issue I seem to have is some of the people working here seemed pissed off like they hate their job or something. Can be unwelcoming at times.”
“Went in yesterday to get paint for my daughter's nursery and my son's room, they were short staffed due to an employee having to leave for an appointment, however one employee went above and beyond with his customer service, he jumped right in to help and not only assisted me with my paint but he also cashed me out and carried all my paint right out to my car for me, super friendly staff, and over all a great experience!”

“Outstanding service from the people in hardware ( windows and doors? ). We drove to Watertown (— from Kingston Ontario )to pick up Senco deck screws — discontinued in Kingston stores. I phoned ahead and spoke to Mike. Online it showed 1 pail left. He found the pail and put it aside for us. Unfortunately although the pail matched the sku for our Senco nails the in stock pail was from a different manufacturer ( we had a couple of nails with us to compare — the threading wasn’t coarse enough. ) — not to leave us stranded Dave started phoning other building stores and managed to secure exactly what we needed. Dee was also very helpful .
What could have turned out a wasted trip was a success for us. Huge thanks to great people ( they do still exist! ) who enjoy their job.”
