I was traveling back to Buffalo and I got a flat tire. Needed to have it fixed before leaving Watertown. Brian the service manager saw I was upset. Took the matter with great concern of my situation. He got me in to service to fix the tire. Randy the tech went beyond made feel like part of the family. They made my day got my car right in. My problem solved and on my way back to Buffalo. I was a bit late for my appointment. Typical day for me. The Service Manager bumped my appointment by 30 minutes so that I wasn’t really late. He got me in right away and was very courteous. I spent some time speaking with one of their sales professionals. He answered my about the. 2024 Atlas and the time flew by. Next thing you know my service appointment was over. Great people at Bob Johnson VW. Especially the General Manager. Now that guy is the best. He seems like an old friend. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends!

The worst place for service I’ve ever been my car has been there five times. They still haven’t figured it out. What’s wrong with it? They will never tell you when your vehicle is ready. My vehicle has been there for seven weeks with the same problem.

Droped my car Sunday for service and by Wednesday have not receive a call or nothing, so I called. After waiting on hold, they tell me they are behind and the tech will start Thursday afternoon and probably done on Friday. Why bother to make an appointment if they are treating me like a walk-in. I made arrangements to be without my car for 3 days max.
