After waiting a month to have my vehicle fixed for a safety related factory recall, they did not have the correct parts. I get to wait for the correct parts and then reschedule the service appointment. All they had was excuses. Choose someplace else if you can.

Anthony Thompson is the man to see! This review is based only on my salesperson. I did not interact with anyone else and did not have anything serviced. Anthony was amazing. No pressure and trying to help me find the right car for me. After driving multiple vehicles one day, I left the lot with an " I don't know". As my gf and I drove off, she suggested a few others. I called Anthony and told him I would be back next weekend. I came back as I said I would, after calling to be sure he had the cars I wanted. He went and looked and drove it to the building, climate control running for when I arrived. After multiple test drives, including one where he came along and showed me how to work something, I decided to purchase the car. He had it ready for me the next day. Some things that were used to protect the car from the factory were still attached inside. Anthony got to work on it himself, including scrubbing something off. Due to there being other things to peel off we told him we would do the rest. When we got home, I realized that my broken foot would not allow me to twist into the places I needed to, and that I didn't want to ruin any part of the car with chemicals when sticky stuff was left behind. I called Anthony he told me I could bring it back next week as I was going out of town. Sure enough, he had the car washed and vacuumed, and he did much of the removal of things himself.
Anthony never made me feel like a pain in the ___. He appeared happy to help. His no pressure, regular guy demeanor was refreshing in the world of sales. I felt like I was dealing with an old friend. And yes, I love my new car!

Fuccillo has exceeded our expectations from the purchasing to servicing of our vehicle. Anthony was a pleasure to work with when we purchased our Tucson. They are not pushy and are easy to work out a fair deal with. We are very pleased to have found a nice dealership to work with for our future needs as well.

The TV advertisements for the Fuccillo dealerships are disgusting and ridiculous! Why would you say "We will make you huge!" ????? I feel sick, humilated, disgusted and belittled when ever I hear the advertisement!!!!!

Bought a Hyundai Tucson for my mom a few weeks ago and I couldn’t have been more happier with the service. Roman went above and beyond expectations and created a smooth and stress free experience. I drove 1 hour for this experience because the 2 Hyundai dealerships in Syracuse dropped the ball!!
If you need a car from Fuccillo Hyundai ask for Roman…he will not disappoint!!!

Bought a beautiful 2024 Tucson from Fuccillo. At what should have been an easy first ever oil change appointment
things went sideways fast. 90 minute oil change and an hour into my drive home my low engine oil light comes on. Call dealership for help and they say call roadside assistance. No way. I bought a new car to never go through this. 5 hours later a towtruck finally arrives and takes my car back to the dealership to be fixed. All they want to do is point to a faulty "O" ring. All I want is my car back. Only after I threw a fit 5 days later did they bring it back. General manager couldn't even be bothered to call me. Save yourself a lot of grief and take your business somewhere else. Abysmal customer care/service.

I call up to ask about getting my turbo looked at. And I let them know I have check engine light on for p2261 bypass valve. Which I already knew needed to be replaced. They said they can replace it but what they didn’t tell me was they needed to do a diagnostic test which cost 140$. So when I go in thinking they were going to replace the part that needed to be replaced they only ended up doing diagnostic and telling me what I already know. When I asked if they could replace the part when I scheduled on the phone they told me they could, but in person they didn’t have the part and said 60$ to order it. What’s the point of scheduling something if you don’t have the part when I come to get it replaced. Just not happy with the service and miscommunication that’s unprofessional to me.

I had an amazing experience with Sam and the rest of the team. I had run into several USAA debit card issues and insurance issues during the process. Sam kept it cool the whole time, provided amazing support and even drove me to two banks while trying to figure out my horrible bank/auto insurance situation. Amazing experience overall. He did not try to sneak any additional charges in or anything like I have experienced in other places. 10/10 would recommend!

If you value your time, do yourself a favor and do not go here. Over a week to close a deal and they act like they did you a favor by selling you a car when you're not happy with the service or lack thereof. They are the reason Carvana and the like are flourishing.

My 24 year daughter attempted to purchase a car from Fuccillo in Watertown. She secured the financing through her own bank and signed the paperwork. Two weeks later and they’re still telling her they don’t have the title secured. I have purchased multiple cars and have never been treated so poorly. In conversations with other customers I was told Fuccillo is notorious for screwing over younger buyers. They’re waiting on another buyer that will use their financing.
