A lot of our items were just thrown into random boxes and broken as a result. Very disappointed. The movers were clearly in a rush, a lot of items were forgotten as well.

This company packed me in & out of Fort Drum (about 3.5 years apart). Zero damage to my HHGs. I’ve never had my dishes packed more securely. Employees were professional both times.

Excellent customer service all the members of the staff and the people who work in moving and storage and handling all personal goods and boxing up all personal goods or outstanding people the first priority is taking care of the customer every way possible. They also are a strong supporter of the US Army 10th mountain division and members of United States Armed Forces.

I was weary about this company due to the bad reviews online but wanted to give them a chance after the dispatcher said that only disgruntled customers rate frequently.I always make a point to rate even if satisfied as it paints a better picture for the next customer but I can't give 5 stars either.The unpacking day started very good. They took their time and I was able to monitor every step they took through the house and direct them to where boxes were supposed to go.Some things, like kitchen items, I asked not to be unpacked for cleanliness reasons but all other things were unpacked. They were careful with our things in the first 4 hours of the work day.We started out with 5 men. After four hours, three more arrived but two of the younger "kids" were just standing around most of the time. I had to direct them towards heaps of packing paper that needed to be moved every once in a while but you could tell they weren't there to work. Also, the concept of quality furniture has been lost on the younger generation as some sat down on fragile wood elements etc.I understand that it's a hard job and apparently they only get minimum wage but I would have expected them to finish the job correctly.They dented and damanged several ceilings and walls, scraped the paint on a couple of our custom furniture pieces and left 10 boxes that were supposed to be unwrapped untouched or hidden by other furniture (I am finding these thing a week later.) Towards the end of the day (2-3pm?), half of them just left without a word. One guy got so frustrated about left unassembled furniture that he just huffed and puffed and was never seen again. I assume he went to wait in the truck outside.Initially, some of these instabilities are human, but they neither had power tools nor the right manual tools to assemble furniture. I had called ahead to let the company know what they could expect but in their own words: they don't have enough money and only old hardware.3 stars instead of 5 because: they could have been more diligent and shown more stamina and respect. You chose this job so take some pride in doing it right.3 stars instead of 1 because: they were friendly, mostly did things as requested and main crew was there until the end minus one. Tough job if the tools aren't given to succeed.

We got our household goods finally after this company packed them. There’s at least $10,000 worth of damaged stuff and we haven’t even finished unpacking the boxes. That’s just in our big furniture. My $5000 bed set is 100% ruined because of them. My rice cooker, two book shelves, 2 tv stands, one cube storage, a night stand table, and so much more is just completely destroyed. Beyond devastated.
