Have had nothing but issues with FedEx since moving here. From thrown packages (caught on camera) to packages at wrong address and constantly left at my garage when instructed to leave at front door. I’ve had to carry multiple heavy items from my garage door all the way to the front (and being 7 months pregnant) I’ve made multiple calls and complaints yet nothing is being done about it. This is completely absurd.

A package I ordered kept getting delayed. I was not able to get a person on the phone (just a robot) so I drove from Potsdam to Watertown to get my package instead. The people helping me at the hub were super helpful and polite but there is a major disconnect between drivers and other employees. There was no reasonable explanation as to why the driver failed to deliver my package twice and the people helping me seemed just as tired of this as I was. Between travel and sitting in the parking lot, it took 7 hours to get this package. Use any other shipper if you are not looking to waste an entire afternoon.

Incredibly unacceptable service. This includes the outsourced customer service call centers, the personnel at the local facility, and the drivers. As well as their online tracking which will show you a package is out for delivery for multiple days in a row, and you can wait at home all day for it, but it turns out it was never actually out for delivery. You will be gaslit at every turn by this company. They will lie to you. They will promise that your package will arrive, and then immediately break that promise. And repeat. And repeat. And never take any kind of responsibility for it. Any other delivery courier is better than them. UPS, USPS, Amazon, they are not perfect, but they are way better than FedEx. I've never had any problems with my address using those other shippers, but FedEx can't seem to manage to figure it. It's inexcusable.

If I could give \"0\" stars, I would. Customer service is the absolute worst!!! No help or recourse for incompetent drivers! Delivery vehicle shows up at the end of our driveway, 30 seconds later just drives away! Then puts in the computer \"unable to deliver due to weather\" ... I watched the whole thing. No help from \"Indonesia \" phone calls either. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!

FedEx net worth as of June 03, 2022 is $57.41B and your employees do not have work phones! You cannot send an update on a package to your driver's notifying them of changes. If you strive to make your customers happy you are failing!

One of the delivery drivers out of this hub didn't attempt to deliver my package, which I had stayed home to receive. Driver marked in the system \\\"delivery attempted but nobody was home\\\" that's the thing. I was home. I was watching for my package. No truck showed up. I checked my phone to see if the package may have been delayed for one reason or another and noticed the \\\"delivery attempted\\\" status. So I called. After a long while with robots I reached a real person who said they would see what could be done and then they railroaded me into a survey. A while later I called to check up and was told that \\\"there is nothing that can be done, delivery will be reattempted every day until I receive it\\\". You can't call the warehouse. Just the call centers. So the driver apparently just gets away with not delivering packages and never hears about it at all. Worthless.

I’d give them a lower rating if I could. Worked there for a week. Realized I wasn’t fit to drive the mail trucks and told them that, two months later and I still haven’t been paid for my time. I’ll be happy to remove this review If someone from there would get ahold of me and pay me what they owe me.

They mark your package delivered when it has not been delivered. Extremely unprofessional now you have to wonder if the driver or your neighbors stole your package. A package marked delivered at 10:32 should be left at the door as it says when I open my door.

The 2 guys at the front desk are amasing helped me with everything which is the only reason I give this a 3 star rating. Excuse what I'm gonna say but the drivers a clueless then a box of rocks. How hard is it to leave a package at the door if the customer says so or go across the street to the job and drop it off. It took 9 days for my ID to be delivered and it wasn't I had to go there and get it. And then end up going the next day to get my food ?. Don't be like the post office please .
