I was an avid Valvoline customer until recently. They did my oil change so quick and it was $25 cheaper than Valvoline.

Getting slow and the guys changing the oil acted like they wanted to fool around with each other instead of doing their job. I was first yet 3 cars were processed before they even changed my oil. Definitely not returning

I usually go to my local shop which cost $54 for oil change and tire rotation, but knew this place takes walk-ins. Definitely a mistake seeing how it cost twice as much as my local shop. Kid behind counter was very arrogant and tried feeding me full of stuff he said they did and only thing that was done was oil and filter and checked tires for $105!(I watched) What a joke and definitely will never return. Lesson learned and won’t make that mistake again.This was at w. Main St. Shop.Service: Oil change

Great staff at both Watertown locations. Never a long wait as they have several employees on. Highly recommend the State St and West Main St locations in the area.

These guys are QUICK! They don’t rotate tires, but they do a quick oil change, vacuum the interior, and clean the windows. A+ service!
