Requested information on some equipment to see if it would fit my tractor and the cost. But instead of sending an email to let me know if the equipment would fit my tractor they ignored my email. Guess it is to hard to send a 2 minute answer if they are not making money. Poor customer service in my opinion.

My family’s farm had been doing business previously known as Walldroff since the beginning of time. We brought our Kubota sidekick in for repair to Empire farm( purchased brand new last fall) and were billed $8000.00 for a full engine replacement due to “water in engine”. 109 hours, 513 miles on it. This machine was never abused or even left outside for that matter. Empire farm, why was this not covered under Kubota warranty? Why was there no communication with us with an estimate of what this was going to cost ahead of time? We honestly probably would have declined. What a shame. Thanks for sticking it to hard working farmers!

Update your hours for Saturday drove out there only to find gates closed and sign on gate even says closed on Sunday. Nothing about Saturday .

Went there for lawnmower blades and ended up buying a new tractor and brush hog. My
salesman was Barry Ormsby, ,I feel like he was a straight shooter and seemed very knowledgeable. Ask for him I think you will be happy.He was not a pushy salesman
