Love this store for the clothes, but the last time I went there was a really horrible worker. I handed her my change and I had a Canadian dime in the mix and didn't realIze this. she accused me of doing it on purpose. I loudly said when I left that I hate miserable workers. Hope she doesn't work there any more lol

This store used to be one of my favorites but the last couple of times I have been in there shopping the employees have been so rude. I was never greeted and one employee talked to other customers around me but didn't say anything to me. Sadly, I won't be shopping there anymore due to their lack of customer service skills.

This store used to be one of my favorites, but for some reason the selection has gone down hill in recent years. Limited dress selection and the shoes all to be the same clunky ones they've carried forever. I can't see spending $25 or more dollars here for the same exact Charlotte clothes that are at the local thrift stores. But if you're looking for new clothing, skip this location and head to the bigger store in Syracuse.
