We bought furniture about 2 weeks ago, and the fella and gal in the furniture department were great. went above and beyond. We ended up buying more furniture than we had planned on, because they were so great to deal with!!!

My husband and I are new to the area and was in search of some new furniture...Ramsey couldn't have been more helpful with all of our questions. She was very Knowledgeable about everything! We were quite impressed by her customer service too..she is our go to girl if we are looking for something special..this girl needs a raise!!

I had the most amazing experience here picking out my furniture for my new apartment. Ramsey is Absolutely amazing. So kind and patient. I think she ran to the back about 20 times to make sure everything I picked out was in-stock. Great customer service so kind and helpful. My new favorite store lol.

This store is close to where I live so it's convenient. They do have good quality and quantity. The furniture in my opinion is over priced but the rest is moderate. The hrs r ok. Store is clean and service is good. They have good humor and they actually talk to u when u speak to them

The store was nice, but furniture sales manager Kimberlee was extremely rude and mouthy towards my husband. Very unprofessional. They were sold out of all of the furniture we were interested in due to the pandemic (understandable). So we asked if we could purchase any of the floor models. She told us it depended on which one we were interested in. Every time we would ask about one she would say “no absolutely not”. Then we finally came to an agreement on one of the sectionals and she refused to give us the military discount. We received 10% off because it was a FLOOR MODEL. Not a new couch. She was very nasty when he asked for the military discount which is provided. Tried refusing to give it to us even though they can, tried to tell us “no it’s one or the other”. She then told us that we have to pick up the sectional before dark because they won’t bring it out after dark. The store doesn’t close until 9. So we were there to pick it up before dark yet we had to take the couch apart and carry it out OURSELVES. So what was the purpose of us needing to be there before dark? We get there before dark like she asked and as soon as we get there she pitches a fit and goes on “break” for about a half and hour. Any questions we’d ask, she would talk down to us like we’re idiots. Very snippy and disrespectful. We did in the end get the military discount so they could obviously do it, but before it was given to us my husband asked her why we couldn’t get the discount, and she said she doesn’t HAVE to give us one. Then proceeded to say that she could just make us wait and come back tomorrow to get the couch. There were multiple costumers in the store complaining about her attitude amongst each other.

Don’t expect much service at the Watertown, NY store. The cashier is there to apparently ring order & take phone calls. Doesn’t pay attention if you give your rewards info, so that’s repeated 2-3 times. And absolutely does NOT put items in YOUR bag ( or any other). This holds up customers behind you & is very annoying. Will be a long time, if ever, before I go back. Oh yeah & management should tell the one working today how to correctly wear a mask. No effort whatsoever.

Have a few cute household items BUT staff could use an attitude adjustment....bunch of snotty a#%holes. Also the bathroom toilet seat was off the hinges before I could even use it....felt like I needed a tetanus shot when leaving....
